Recently she joined a non-profit organization called The Imperial Sovereign Barony of the Windy City with sister courts all over the country, Canada, and Mexico. This organization raises funds for charitable organizations who are in need of financial assistance and moral support.
Her passion for pageants has grown in the last few years. She has coveted the title of Miss Web NYC and then went on to be the first runner up in the Miss Chicago US of A pageant. In 2001 she made her way to the Continental System where she entered and placed first runner up in two of the local preliminaries. Her placing enabled she to enter The Miss Continental National Pageant held every Labor Day weekend in Chicago, IL. Although she didn't take the crown, the score sheet indicated that she did very well. In 2002 she made a second attempt at the coveted title, "Miss Continental."
She now performs for the artistic value, showmanship, and the advancement of what is now a career, and not just a way of passing my spare time. In the meantime, her real joys comes from traveling and reading. Like all girls, she thoroughly enjoys shopping and various foods.
